Join us on Saturday, June 11 as PAA WoW collaborates with Mount Wilson Bicycling Association (MWBA) to work on a local trail. MWBA does regular trail maintenance keeping riders safe in the area. As more of our members are going off-road, we are taking the opportunity to learn and contribute. This trailwork day is open to all of PAA members and guests. Please register using MWBA's link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mwba-paa-dig-day-on-the-gabrielino-trail-tickets-344541562087
We will work on the Gabrielino trail, directly above JPL, one of the best ‘beginner rides’ on the dirt in the area. It is intermittently paved double track with beginner friendly stretches of singletrack.
Please note that gravel or mountain bikes are strongly encouraged for this event. The amount of improvement that can be achieved on the entire trail would be limited without them.
We will work from morning until noon on the trail and have lunch together at a nearby park afterwards. MWBA is kindly providing the necessary tools and guidance for trail work.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
