About this event

The Tour de Sponsor Ride is a PAA annual tradition, a special route and a rolling party from the Rose Bowl through Pasadena, South Pasadena, Los Angeles, San Marino and back to the Rose Bowl for Lunch and raffles. The event is an opportunity for members to show our appreciation to our wonderful club sponsors.

** Please register NOW, so we may have an accurate head count for lunch.

The ride is considered a social ride.  We'll have SAG support and 3 stops along the route where sponsors will greet riders and briefly talk about their business...maybe even raffle off a prize or two.  Our first stop is Incycle where they will be joined by Foothill Cardiology, and Lumos Law.  The second stop is a SAG stop near Elysian Park and Dodger Stadium.  The third stop is back in Pasadena at Endurance Physical Therapy, with Around the Cycle, First Wilshire and Rain Rain.  We'll also be stopping by our most enduring sponsor ReMax, The Loeffler Team in San Marino for water and a photo.

GUESTS ARE WELCOME
We welcome guests to join us on our rides! Each Club Supported ride is $20 for guests (whether or not you plan to eat lunch), except for the Summer of Love Ride. Guests are asked to register online prior to the morning of the ride, sign the waiver, and pay the guest fee. If registration has closed, you may still sign up on the morning of the ride (on select rides); however, payment is required at check-in—please do not arrive without your $20 guest fee. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.


REGISTER/CANCEL REGISTRATION

Please Register for each of our rides as we use the number registered to buy lunch. If you can't make the ride (after registering), please Cancel Registration through the event page (Guests please contact us directly). When we buy food for 100 people registered, but only 60 people show up, we have a lot of wasted food and it cuts into our budgets. By registering, you also sign the mandatory waiver.

If you don't register and show up the morning of the ride, not only does it slow down the process of marking attendance (as you must sign a waiver), but we can't get an accurate headcount for lunch.


PLEASE NOTE

- All riders should be prepared to do minor repairs on the road (e.g., change a flat)
- Due to the challenging nature of most club supported rides, groups will invariably form and split up en route depending on riders levels of fitness, training goals, etc. 
- For your safety, helmet is mandatory on PAA rides. 
- Inclement weather or road closures may result in a change of the route or cancellation of event.
- Our SAGs will be actively sweeping for riders in need of support. Please make a note of all stops to ensure you are aware of the route and layout of mileage and elevation.
