We recently had the opportunity to get to know one of our best sponsors, Incycle. Members frequent both the Pasadena and the San Dimas shops regularly. Discuss the PAA Incycle partnership history, when did it start and what was the connection

Incycle partnered up with PAA over a decade ago to align with our values to support esteemed clubs in our surrounding areas. Incycle was always impressed by PAA, and we were excited for the opportunity to partner up with them.

What's the evolution of Incycle – and nature of the relationship with Specialized?

The Incycle/Specialized relationship has been mutually beneficial for both parties. It was not Specialized’s intention to change things, but to give Incycle a bigger platform to do what we do. From a customer’s perspective, you shouldn’t see too much change, Incycle wants to continue to do what we have done for the past 33 years.

How does that Specialized relationship benefit PAA members (Member exclusive sales, free annual bronze tune-up, etc.)?

Incycle provides top-notch support for your club members. We are now able to provide deeper discounts on club nights and offer our service to keep you rolling.

What’s next for Incycle?

We will continue to provide the service and support that Incycle is known for and beyond. We want to continue to strive to be leaders in the industry AND we’re looking forward to supporting the PAA’s CSR: Crystal Lake Ride on March 16.
