The Endurance Team Committee has been hard at work to bring you our second Quarterly Endurance Ride (QER) of the year. This time we are heading to Ventura to avoid the hot weather. We have an awesome route for you that's totally worth the drive to get there (carpool encouraged).
The route covers nearly 100 miles with just over 5000' elevation gain that includes the best part of the Santa Barbara/Ventura coast as well as some nice climbing through Casita Pass, Toro Canyon, and Montecito.
The QERs are designed to be self-supported randonneuring style rides, with no SAG/aid stations. We will provide some supplemental food and nutrition to take along at the beginning of the ride, but please bring what you usually need for a long ride like this. There is a suggested lunch stop half-way along the route for us to take a nice break and enjoy each other's company (bring money!).
This ride is open to all Endurance Team members. Registration is required.
