Join Women on Wheels (WoW) for our women's only clinic focused on nutrition and hydration strategies to help you maximize your ride performance.
PAA's Positive Moves Fitness sponsor, Coach Rick, will provide you with strategies for maximizing your ride performance through nutrition and hydration strategies, including why you need to eat and drink, timing your ingestion, and healthy DIY recipes for pocket food and electrolyte replacement drink.
Presenting science and personal experience that will remind you that your Mantra should always be "Eat before you're hungry, drink before you're thirsty!"
This is an informational session, no need to bring your bike, unless you plan on riding to and from the event. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Thank you to Nella Abelson for hosting the event at her home. We will be outside for this event.
