Events - Event View

This route is a favorite that takes us from Ventura inland towards the Ojai valley and winds our way up and down Casitas Pass. After the lunch stop at Montecito, we will ride through the Santa Barbara foothills and eventually ends up on the coast where typically tailwinds will hopefully blow up all the way back to Ventura with little pedaling :-)
Whether you prefer climbing/descending in the mountains and foothills or the ocean breeze, there will be something for you on this route!

Start time: June 6, 2026, 8 am
Start location: 103 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura, CA 93001 (free parking available)
The start location is 1hr to 1.5hr from Pasadena please plan accordingly.
[Please note that there is no bathroom open at the start, so you are advised to stop by the nearby Starbucks or Vons before arriving.]
