Women's Ride: PAA WoW Monthly Ride - Seal Beach to Corona del Mar

For October's ladies-only no-drop WoW Ride, we are riding at the beach on Sunday, October 31!

We will start in picturesque Seal Beach with a ride down Ocean Ave to PCH, onto Huntington Beach Trail, and ride on and off PCH to Newport Beach. Once in Newport Beach, we will take Washington St to get to Palm Street and take the short car ferry over to Balboa Island (please make sure to bring cash as the ferry fee for each person with bikes is $1.50). (Both groups will meet up before getting on the ferry.) Once on the island, we will stop for coffee at Succulent Coffee Roasters (on Park Ave) and then head over to Corona Del Mar. Climb up Marguerite Ave and make sure to look back for the beautiful views of the Pacific. From there we'll head back to Seal Beach via Back Bay Drive & Back Bay Loop Trail, PCH and N Pacific Blvd.

PARKING:

PRE-RIDE MEETING:
We will be having a quick pre-ride meeting at 8:20 a.m. at Eisenhower Park at the corner of Ocean Ave and Main Street. We will discuss rules of the road, hand signals, the route and hopefully get a group photo. We ask that everyone registered please attend.

GROUPS:
We will be splitting into two groups: Group A (Fast) 15-16 mph average and Group B (Less fast) 12-13 mph. Please RSVP with which group you'd like to join. 
B Group will roll at 8:30 a.m. and A Group will roll at 8:45 a.m. This is a No-Drop ride - we will have ride sweeps for each group.

- Women's Only Ride
- You must RSVP for the ride
- Bring CASH ($1.50)
- Wear your PAA kit (not required)
- Make sure to leave plenty of time to find parking and get yourself ready
- We will meet at the Eisenhower Park/Seal Beach Pier at Ocean Ave/Main Street.
- Bring food, water, flat kit and a spare tube
- Feel free to bring a guest (they must register prior to the ride). You are responsible for the safety of your guest
