If you like donuts and mountains, you won’t want to miss this one! This ride will be a loop starting and ending at Encanto park. We'll climb highway 39, taking in the views of the reservoir and San Gabriel Canyon. Make the right at the bridge at East Fork crossing the San Gabriel River. After another rolling 5 miles or so, we'll find ourselves at the North face of Glendora Mountain Road. While 39 is a fun climb, this is what we’re really coming up here for. It's a 4.9 mile climb averaging 6% and the views are STUNNING. Your rewards: an excellent view at Horse Canyon Saddle, descending the south face of GMR, and a stop at one of LA’s best donut shops: Donut Man. Enjoy a donut on PAA!
