For February's ladies-only no-drop WoW Ride, we are doing a local 9 city tour (Pasadena, La Canada, Altadena, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Temple City, San Gabriel, San Marino, South Pasadena)!

We will start at Garfield Park in South Pasadena, head to the Rose Bowl and up Salvia Canyon, along Linda Vista and into La Canada where we will do some climbing.  We'll descend through some gorgeous neighborhoods and make our way over to Altadena.  We'll descend Altadena Drive and head into Sierra Madre, then to Arcadia and down First Street in Arcadia to Longden, which we will take through Temple City, San Gabriel and into San Marino.  We will ride through San Marino to get to South Pasadena, where we will stop for coffee and pastries at the Lost Parrot before we head back to Garfield Park where we will end the ride.

The route starts and ends at Garfield Park
is 34.3 miles with 1,576 ft.

There's free parking at Garfield Park, 1000 Park Ave., South Pasadena.

We will be having a quick pre-ride meeting at 8:00 a.m. at Garfield Park. We will discuss rules of the road, hand signals, the route and hopefully get a group photo. We ask that everyone registered please attend.

We will be splitting into two groups: Group A (Fast) 15-16 mph average and Group B (Less fast) 12-13 mph. Please RSVP with which group you'd like to join

This is a No-Drop ride - we will have ride sweeps for each group.

Group A (Fast): TBD *We are looking for volunteers to lead and sweep

Group B (Less Fast): Keyonda McQuarters and Dana Lira

Things to remember…

- Women's Only Ride

- You must RSVP for the ride

- Wear your PAA kit (not required)

- Make sure to leave plenty of time to find parking and get yourself ready

- Bring food, water, flat kit and a spare tube

- Feel free to bring a guest (they must register prior to the ride). You are responsible for the safety of your guest

**Please remember: ride leaders, sweeps and all our women who help, are all volunteers who have spent time and energy creating and pre-riding each specific route to ensure safety and fun for the whole group.  Our average speeds are determined prior to each ride to make sure each group stays together -- this isn't a race, it's a social ride.  If you feel the pace is too slow for you, feel free to ride ahead.  We ask you to be mindful of the whole group and respect the leader's decision on the pre-determined route and speed.
