For September's ladies-only no-drop WoW Ride, ride down the Arroyo Seco bike path, through Elysian Park to take in epic views of the SGV and DTLA. A mid ride stop for coffee and pastry at Heavy Water and Baker's Bench (1041 Alpine St., Los Angeles) will be enjoyed at this hidden gem of a space that includes a garden and interior courtyard that connects converted 1940s residential bungalows, and historic structures. The space has plenty of shaded seating and space to park bikes. The return route takes us through Chinatown and before joining back with the Arroyo Seco bike path we will take a scenic detour up Montecito Heights Dr. to see more epic views of LA.

**Please remember: ride leaders, sweeps and all our women who help, are all volunteers who have spent time and energy creating and pre-riding each specific route to ensure safety and fun for the whole group. Our average speeds are determined prior to each ride to make sure each group stays together -- this isn't a race, it's a social ride. If you feel the pace is too slow for you, feel free to ride ahead. We ask you to be mindful of the whole group and respect the leader's decision on the pre-determined route and speed.
